Confirmation
Usually all the models are available within 2 to 3 weeks of order confirmation. To place your order, or discussion any questions you may have, please call 0800 756 6216, or email us on info@splashsafety.com

Once we have finalised your requirements, we will issue an order confirmation to check we have all the correct details for you. If this is all correct we will then issue a pro forma invoice for the deposit payment (50% of the total cost).

Once you enclosure is delivered, we will issue a second invoice for the outstanding balance.

Payment terms
Payment terms are 50% deposit with order. We can accept payment by credit or debit card over the telephone, by BACS transfer or by cheque. Please note we will have to wait for your cheque to clear before your order can be fully processed. The number to call is 0800 756 6216.

Deliveries
The enclosures are crated up and usually delivered on a large lorry. If you have potential problems with access to your property or pool, please make us aware of it at time of ordering in order that we can identify a possible solution.

Approximately 1 week before the delivery is due, we will notify you of the actual delivery date. If you have any problems with the timings then please do let us know as early as possible. We aim to provide delivery timings to within a few hours, and it is important that you have people available and ready for off loading on the delivery date. If you cannot accept the delivery at the agreed time, you will be liable for the cost of redelivery.
